The Premiere Property Collective is a real estate group, brokered by eXp Realty, built on one simple belief:

Founded by Kat Williams from SW Ohio, along with Peggy Sue Melnyk from the South Puget Sound area of Washington State. The Premiere Property Collective began with two real estate professionals on opposite sides of the country who shared a vision for something different.
We believe real estate professionals can build a strong, independent businesses, while also having a community of people beside them. Our team is sharing knowledge, exchanging ideas, solving problems, celebrating successes, and helping one another grow their business.
Our goal is not to become the largest.
